Friday kicks off Pride Weekend with a HUGE Flag Raising ceremony at
Manhattan Square Park at 6:00. The Parade is Saturday and Pride at
Work AFL-CIO along with the Equality Rochester coalition will be
marching in the parade supporting GENDA (Gender Expression
Non-discrimination Act).
Line up is at 2:00 and we are near 15 Buckingham Street entering from
East Avenue - kick off is at 3:00! Bring your banners to support your
organization and please arrive early so we can take pictures and help
finish our float. Dress up as Wizard of Oz characters or wear your
Union or organizational tshirt. Bring friends - all are invited!!
We'll have signs to carry and water to drink! Our message is trans*
