Pride at Work Stands with Rochester General Nurses

After nearly eight months of contract negotiations, RGH nurses are ready to take a stand for quality patient care and let the community know that the hospital hasn’t been putting patients first.

After winning a major unionization effort, despite Rochester Regional Health spending a reported $1.3 Million in union busting measures, these same nurses are continuing to fight for a fair contract that puts patient needs and safe staffing first.

Pride at Work, the Rochester Labor Community and our allies joined the Rochester Union of Nurses and Allied Professionals in the rally for a fair contract and putting safety of patients first.
